His extensive background includes positions with leading investment banks in Europe, and he is the founder of Cap Invest, an investment bank in Switzerland specializing in corporate equity and debt solutions. Alexandre’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Finance from Cambridge University and a graduation from HEC Business School in Paris. His leadership at GIA is grounded in a strategic vision that leverages his financial expertise to support sustainable growth and social impact.

As GIA’s Sustainability Director, Yulia Koroleva brings over 15 years of experience in Sustainability Management to the organization, with a focus on environmental protection and sustainable development. Yulia has worked with international organizations, media, and research institutions, honing her expertise in sustainable practices and policy development. In her prior role as co-founder of an ocean-focused TV channel, she spearheaded initiatives to raise awareness about environmental conservation. Yulia’s academic credentials include a professorship at the Sustainability Management School (SUMAS) in Switzerland and a pivotal role in developing sustainability policies for the United Nations’ ITU.
Yulia’s vision for sustainability is rooted in actionable steps toward carbon neutrality, responsible resource management, and transparency in corporate practices. At GIA, she leads programs that equip participants with the knowledge and tools to incorporate sustainable practices in business, thereby fostering environmental responsibility and social impact. Victoria Le Fur is a dedicated advocate for women’s leadership and an expert in social entrepreneurship. As co-founder and Advisor on the Women’s Agenda at GIA, she plays a key role in developing initiatives that empower women entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders. With a background in Strategic Management and Women’s Leadership from Oxford Business School, Victoria has spent over 15 years building programs that support women and vulnerable communities in their journeys toward economic independence and leadership. Her work includes the design and delivery of more than 100 training programs, making her an influential mentor and speaker in the field of women’s empowerment.
Victoria’s approach combines practical skill-building with personal mentorship, ensuring that women in GIA’s programs have the confidence, resources, and guidance they need to succeed. Dr. Meera Asmi, Academic Director at GIA, spearheads the development of inclusive programs that advance GIA’s mission of empowerment and equity. An IIM Calcutta alumna with over 22 years of experience across government, nonprofit, academic, and corporate sectors, she also holds an MBA from the University of Kerala. Recognized with awards like the International Social Innovator Award from Universal Icon NGO and CSR Awards in Thailand during 2019. Dr. Meera is known for her work in wellness consulting and biophilic training for institutions.
In addition to her role at GIA, Dr. Meera serves as Chairwoman of the We Grow Forest Foundation, where she leads sustainability and social justice initiatives. A published author, orator, and counselor, she integrates social, psychological, and spiritual wellness to foster resilience and happiness in the communities she serves. Michael Zubarev serves as GIA’s Advisor on Social Entrepreneurship, drawing on over 20 years of experience in ESG management and stakeholder engagement. With an MBA in Sustainable Management from SUMAS in Switzerland and certifications in GRI Standards, Michael has a strong background in social impact and CSR efforts. His corporate experience includes roles at DIAGEO, where he led sustainability strategies and CSR initiatives. Beyond his corporate contributions, Michael co-founded DreamLeague, an inclusive sports organization in Dubai that supports children with autism, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome, reflecting his dedication to inclusive development.
In his role at GIA, Michael advises on program development for social entrepreneurship, focusing on impact measurement, sustainable business modeling, and stakeholder collaboration.
